Just paying 30 euros you have the possiblity to taste many different small pieces of toast (called "bruschette" with black and white truffle with olive oil directly from the first pressing, patè, salami, pecorino cheese) matched with 3 local wines (two white wines and one red wine). For a more intensive tasting (with Brunello, Sagrantino, Barolo or Amarone) we can provide specific personal prices and menus.
